These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of Well Rested. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

Well Rested is an online-only store operated by Jeremy Criddle from Colorado Springs, Colorado. Contact information is published on the Contact page.
Products and Made-to-Order Production
Well Rested products are produced after purchase by third-party production and fulfillment partners. We make reasonable efforts to describe materials, dimensions, colors, sizing, care, and product appearance accurately. Display settings, manufacturing tolerances, placement, and the nature of printed or embroidered goods may cause minor variation that is not a defect.
Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed. We may correct a clear pricing or product-information error before fulfillment; if an affected order is cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, an unavailable product or variant, a pricing error, an undeliverable destination, or another reasonable operational or legal issue. Customer-requested cancellation is possible only before production has begun. Contact us immediately; cancellation cannot be guaranteed once a made-to-order item enters production.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Review the Shipping Policy for rates, destinations, processing, delivery, tracking, and address information. Review the Refund and Returns Policy for made-to-order limitations and remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or lost orders.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site or its content in violation of applicable law or another party’s rights.
Intellectual Property
The Well Rested name, Sheepwear name, original Sandman and Lull story material, logos, graphics, product artwork, and original site copy are owned by or licensed to Well Rested and may not be reproduced or sold without permission, except where applicable law permits.
No Medical Claims
Well Rested sells apparel and related consumer products. The products and site content are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent insomnia, a sleep disorder, or another health condition.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Well Rested is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The date below identifies the latest revision.
